Terms of Service
Using frfr, your content, and your rights and responsibilities.

Effective date: October 3, 2026
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the service operator identified below (“frfr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of frfr.link, related subdomains, applications, features, communications, and services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Service”).
Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Community Standards, Account & Data Deletion Policy, and Age Policy.
By creating an account, clicking an acceptance button, publishing a profile, sending a reaction or message, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What frfr is
frfr is a people-and-profile service designed to help people represent themselves beyond a conventional résumé and, where enabled, discover people, express interest in specific profile content, start conversations, and build professional or personal networks.
The Service may include, depending on availability and region:
- public personal profiles and shareable
frfr.link/usernamepages; - profile cards containing text, photos, videos, projects, interests, prompts, links, résumés, and other information chosen by the user;
- privacy and visibility controls for profile information;
- reactions, likes, notes, replies, chat, blocking, and reporting;
- people discovery, search, recommendations, similarity signals, and user-provided networking intent;
- QR codes, sharing tools, previews, and integrations with third-party services; and
- experimental, beta, or early-access features.
Features may be added, removed, limited, or made available only to certain users or regions.
2. Eligibility and age
You may create or maintain an frfr account only if:
- you are 18 years of age or older;
- you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
- you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
frfr does not permit accounts for people under 18. The fact that a public profile can be viewed without an account does not change the account age requirement. See our Age Policy for additional information.
If you use frfr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” includes that organization where appropriate.
3. Accounts and authentication
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account and authentication information;
- maintaining control of your email account, phone number, passkey, social-login account, device, or other authentication method;
- keeping verification codes, recovery links, and credentials confidential;
- promptly notifying us at support@frfr.link if you suspect unauthorized access; and
- activity performed through your account unless it occurred after you notified us of compromise and could not reasonably have prevented it.
You may use a chosen name or nickname unless a feature specifically requires a legal name. You may not impersonate another person or organization, misleadingly claim affiliation, or create an account for someone else without authority.
Usernames and profile URLs are licensed for use within the Service. They are not property rights. We may reclaim, rename, reserve, or disable a username when reasonably necessary to address impersonation, trademark issues, inactivity, abuse, security, or service integrity.
4. Public profiles and visibility
frfr is designed in part around shareable personal pages. Unless the product clearly indicates otherwise, information you deliberately publish to a public profile may be:
- accessible to anyone on the internet without an frfr account;
- copied, linked, embedded, quoted, screenshotted, or reshared by other people;
- indexed or cached by search engines and other third parties; and
- visible outside the country where you live.
You control what you choose to publish, subject to the available visibility settings. Before publishing, review your profile carefully and do not include information you do not want publicly available. In particular, do not publish government identifiers, financial credentials, authentication secrets, precise home addresses, private medical information, or confidential information belonging to someone else.
When a feature allows content to be limited to the frfr network, selected people, or only you, we will use reasonable technical controls to honor that setting. No online access control can guarantee that an authorized viewer will not copy or capture what they can see.
5. Your content and your rights
5.1 You retain ownership
As between you and frfr, you retain ownership of text, photos, video, audio, documents, résumés, links, messages, comments, profile information, and other material you submit, upload, publish, send, or otherwise make available through the Service (“User Content”), subject to any rights owned by third parties.
5.2 License needed to operate the Service
You grant frfr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, distribute, format, transcode, resize, create technical derivatives of, and otherwise process your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service according to the audience and visibility settings you choose.
This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us. We do not obtain a general right to use your private content in advertising merely because you uploaded it to frfr.
For public User Content, the license includes the technical uses needed to provide public profile pages, link previews, search results within frfr, recommendations, and sharing functionality. If you delete content, the license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except to the extent continued processing is reasonably necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or content already shared with or independently retained by another user.
5.3 Your promises about content
You represent and warrant that:
- you own your User Content or have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it;
- your submission and our permitted use of it will not violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights;
- any person depicted or identified in content has been included consistently with applicable law and appropriate consent; and
- your User Content complies with these Terms and the Community Standards.
6. frfr content and license to you
The Service, excluding User Content, including its software, design, branding, graphics, interfaces, databases, compilation, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to frfr and is protected by intellectual-property and other laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, extract, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
“frfr,” the frfr logos, and related branding are trademarks or trade dress of frfr or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you a right to use our branding except as necessary to accurately refer to the Service.
7. Reactions, notes, messages, and relationships
A like, reaction, note, reply, chat, recommendation, profile view, or other frfr interaction:
- does not constitute an endorsement, verification, employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, contract, or guarantee;
- does not mean frfr has verified the identity, credentials, intentions, background, or claims of another person; and
- should not be treated as a substitute for your own judgment when deciding whether to communicate, collaborate, transact, or meet in person.
If a reply or other action creates a chat or relationship state within the Service, that is a product feature rather than a legal characterization of your relationship with the other person.
You are responsible for the communications you send and the decisions you make based on other users' profiles or messages.
When a card starts a conversation, we retain a snapshot of the original card for the participants, even if the card is later edited or removed. Removing the connection or deleting either account removes the conversation and its context from both participants’ access. See the Account & Data Deletion Policy.
8. Discovery and recommendations
frfr may use profile information, interests, activity, user-provided intent, location at a general level, and other permitted signals to rank or recommend people, content, or potential conversations.
Recommendations are suggestions, not endorsements. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or influenced by the information users choose to provide. Unless we expressly say otherwise, frfr does not perform professional-license checks, criminal background checks, employment verification, education verification, identity verification, reference checks, or financial verification.
We do not use automated recommendations to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on your employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, or legal rights.
9. Community Standards and acceptable use
You must follow our Community Standards. Among other things, you may not use frfr to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, exploit, or dox another person;
- impersonate, defraud, phish, spam, or mislead people in a materially harmful way;
- facilitate sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
- upload malicious code, interfere with the Service, probe security without authorization, or bypass technical controls;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically collect profiles, contact information, messages, or other data except through an interface or API we expressly authorize;
- create accounts or activity through bots or automation in a manner we have not authorized;
- publish unlawful content or facilitate illegal products or services;
- violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data-protection rights; or
- use information from frfr to make unlawful discriminatory decisions.
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, reduce distribution, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users, or protect the Service.
Where applicable law requires notice, reasons, or an appeal process for a moderation decision, we will provide them as required.
10. Safety and real-world interactions
frfr can help people discover and communicate with one another. frfr is not a background-check, identity-verification, emergency, safety-monitoring, transportation, employment, matchmaking, or professional-licensing service.
If you decide to meet or collaborate with someone you encountered through frfr, use your own judgment. Consider meeting in an appropriate public or professional setting, independently verifying material claims when relevant, and telling someone you trust about in-person plans when appropriate.
In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Do not rely on frfr as an emergency channel.
11. Reports, illegal content, and safety notices
You may report content or conduct through in-product reporting tools or support@frfr.link. Reports should identify the content or account, explain the concern, and include enough information for us to locate and evaluate it.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We may also preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to respond to valid legal process, prevent serious harm, investigate fraud or abuse, or satisfy legal obligations.
Non-consensual intimate images and digital forgeries
frfr prohibits non-consensual intimate imagery, including qualifying digitally altered or AI-generated intimate depictions. A person may request removal whether or not they have an frfr account. See the reporting procedure in our Community Standards or contact support@frfr.link with the subject line “Intimate Image Removal Request.” We will process qualifying requests within the time required by applicable law.
12. Copyright reports
If you believe material on frfr infringes your copyright, email contact@frfr.link with the subject “Copyright report.” Include:
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- the frfr profile or card URL identifying the material;
- your name and contact information;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review reports, may restrict or remove infringing content, and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. If your content is removed, you may contact us to explain why you believe the decision was mistaken. We may share the information necessary to evaluate the dispute with the other party.
This contact channel does not represent that frfr has registered a designated DMCA agent or qualifies for a statutory safe harbor. Any registered agent's details will be published in Contact & Legal Notices once established.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. You should read it before using the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you upload about another person is lawful to collect, disclose, and publish. Do not upload another person's contact details, private communications, confidential records, or sensitive information without an appropriate basis and permission.
14. Third-party links and services
Profiles may contain links to websites and services that frfr does not operate. Authentication, maps, file hosting, communications, analytics, and other features may also rely on third-party providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, accuracy, or practices merely because frfr links to or integrates with them.
15. Communications from us
We may send transactional or service communications reasonably necessary to operate your account, such as verification messages, security alerts, moderation notices, privacy notices, responses to support requests, and material service updates.
Where required by law, marketing communications will be sent only with the required consent or other lawful basis and will include an unsubscribe mechanism. You can opt out of marketing without opting out of essential service or security communications.
If we use SMS authentication or notifications, carrier message and data rates may apply. We will request any legally required consent before sending non-essential or marketing text messages.
16. Beta, early-access, and experimental features
Some frfr features may be labeled beta, experimental, preview, or early access. Such features may be incomplete, change materially, contain errors, or be discontinued.
Do not rely on an experimental feature as the sole repository of important information. We may impose feature-specific terms or limits before you use a beta feature.
17. Changes to the Service
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for legitimate business, technical, legal, safety, or security reasons. Where required by law or reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes that adversely affect your rights.
If a future feature requires payment, we will disclose the price and applicable payment terms before charging you. We will not charge you merely because a currently free feature later becomes paid without obtaining the required authorization.
18. Suspension and termination
You may stop using frfr at any time and may delete your account as described in our Account & Data Deletion Policy.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or remove content when we reasonably believe that:
- these Terms or the Community Standards have been materially or repeatedly violated;
- the account creates a security, fraud, legal, or safety risk;
- continued access would expose frfr or another person to legal liability or serious harm;
- we are required to do so by valid legal process; or
- the account is being used in a way fundamentally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Service.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide an explanation and an opportunity to appeal.
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, licenses already exercised, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and obligations arising before termination.
19. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” frfr and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that:
- profiles, credentials, statements, recommendations, or user identities are accurate;
- another user will respond, collaborate, meet, hire, invest, purchase, or otherwise engage with you;
- the Service will generate a particular professional, social, or commercial outcome; or
- the Service will always be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable statutory guarantees or consumer rights.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, frfr and its affiliates, members, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, opportunities, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised that such damages were possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to frfr for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- US $100.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights.
21. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, if you use the Service on behalf of a business or for commercial purposes, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless frfr and its affiliates, members, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from:
- your unlawful use of the Service;
- User Content you submit in violation of another person's rights; or
- your material breach of these Terms.
This section does not require you to indemnify frfr for conduct for which frfr is legally responsible. Consumer users are subject to this section only to the extent enforceable under applicable consumer law.
22. Resolving disputes
If you have a concern or dispute, you can contact contact@frfr.link or write to our business mailing address in Contact & Legal Notices. Please describe the issue and the resolution you are seeking so we can try to resolve it with you.
Contacting us first is voluntary. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights, or require you to wait before bringing a claim. Nothing in this section limits your right to contact a regulator, seek urgent relief, or use any remedy available under applicable law.
23. Governing law and forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
Disputes may be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction. Consumers retain any right under mandatory local law to bring proceedings in their country or region of residence where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
24. Export controls and sanctions
You may not use, export, re-export, or provide the Service in violation of applicable U.S. export-control, sanctions, or trade laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the Service under laws applicable to you and frfr.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security, or business practices. We will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice when required by law and may ask you to affirmatively accept the revised Terms. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights where applicable law prohibits that result.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Service and delete your account.
26. General provisions
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them constitute the agreement between you and frfr regarding the Service, except for any separate written agreement that expressly overrides them.
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection requirements.
