frfr is for showing who you are, finding people worth talking to, and starting conversations with context. These standards exist to keep that useful without turning the Service into a place for harassment, scams, exploitation, or mass unsolicited outreach.

These rules apply to public profiles, profile cards, photos, videos, résumés, links, reactions, notes, messages, usernames, and other activity on frfr.

1. Be a real participant; do not impersonate

You may use a chosen name or nickname, but you may not:

  • impersonate another person or organization;
  • falsely claim professional credentials, employment, affiliation, awards, education, or identity in a way likely to deceive or harm others;
  • create deceptive look-alike profiles; or
  • use another person's image or identity to mislead people.

Parody, commentary, or fan activity must be clearly distinguishable from an authentic account when there is a meaningful risk of confusion.

2. No harassment, threats, stalking, or doxxing

Do not use frfr to:

  • threaten violence or serious harm;
  • repeatedly contact someone after they have clearly asked you to stop;
  • stalk, monitor, or coordinate harassment of another person;
  • reveal or solicit a person's private home address, private phone number, private email, government ID, financial information, authentication information, or precise real-time location without permission;
  • encourage others to target a person with abuse or unwanted contact; or
  • blackmail, extort, coerce, or intimidate someone.

Disagreement, criticism, and rejection are allowed. Targeted abuse and coercion are not.

3. No hate, dehumanization, or targeted discriminatory abuse

Do not attack, dehumanize, threaten, or encourage exclusion or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar status protected by applicable law.

Discussion of social, cultural, political, or historical topics is permitted when it does not cross into prohibited threats, dehumanization, or targeted harassment.

4. Sexual exploitation and intimate imagery are prohibited

frfr is not an adult-content or sexual-services platform. Do not post or send:

  • pornography or explicit sexual content;
  • non-consensual intimate images or video;
  • intimate images created or altered through AI or other tools to depict a real identifiable person without consent;
  • hidden-camera sexual content;
  • sexual extortion or threats to release intimate content;
  • content offering, soliciting, or facilitating sexual exploitation; or
  • sexual content involving a person who is or appears to be under 18.

Intimate Image Removal Requests

A person may request removal of qualifying non-consensual intimate imagery whether or not they have an frfr account.

Use our intimate-image removal instructions or email support@frfr.link with the subject “Intimate Image Removal Request.” Include:

  1. enough information to identify the image or video and where it appears on frfr;
  2. a statement that you are the person depicted or are authorized to act for that person;
  3. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the depiction was published without consent;
  4. contact information we can use to communicate with you; and
  5. any other information reasonably required by applicable law to make the request valid.

For requests governed by the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act, we will remove qualifying content and make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies within 48 hours after receiving a valid request, as required by law. We will provide a request identifier or other status mechanism where required.

We may preserve a restricted copy when legally necessary for evidence, reporting, law enforcement, or dispute resolution, but it will not remain publicly available merely for that reason.

5. Absolute prohibition on child sexual exploitation

Do not use frfr to create, upload, request, distribute, link to, facilitate, normalize, or sexualize content involving minors.

This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, sextortion, sexualized deepfakes involving minors, or instructions intended to facilitate exploitation.

We may immediately remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and make reports to competent authorities or legally designated organizations when required or appropriate.

6. No scams, fraud, phishing, or deceptive solicitation

Do not:

  • run advance-fee, investment, employment, romance, identity, payment, or credential scams;
  • request passwords, verification codes, seed phrases, or financial credentials;
  • send deceptive links or files;
  • falsely promise jobs, funding, partnerships, admissions, or commercial opportunities to extract money or information; or
  • manipulate people into moving to unsafe communication or payment channels for fraudulent purposes.

7. No spam or mass unsolicited networking

frfr should create conversations, not inbox pollution.

Do not:

  • send high-volume repetitive or substantially identical notes/messages;
  • automate likes, reactions, comments, invitations, or messages without explicit authorization from frfr;
  • harvest profiles or contact information for bulk outreach;
  • use scraped frfr data to build lead lists; or
  • repeatedly promote unrelated products, tokens, courses, recruiting pitches, or services to people who have not shown relevant interest.

Reasonable one-to-one outreach grounded in something on the recipient's profile is allowed.

8. No malware, security abuse, or unauthorized scraping

Do not:

  • distribute malware or malicious files;
  • attempt to obtain another user's credentials;
  • probe, scan, or exploit the Service without authorization;
  • bypass rate limits, access controls, blocks, or privacy settings;
  • reverse engineer protected portions of the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • scrape, crawl, index, harvest, or systematically collect user information except through a mechanism frfr expressly authorizes; or
  • use multiple accounts or technical means to evade enforcement.

Good-faith security researchers should contact support@frfr.link before testing that could affect production systems or user data.

9. Respect privacy and confidentiality

Do not upload or reveal:

  • private communications without an appropriate basis;
  • another person's confidential business, research, employment, educational, medical, legal, or financial information without permission;
  • credentials, government identifiers, or account-recovery information; or
  • images, recordings, or personal data obtained unlawfully or through serious invasion of privacy.

If you post a group photo or identify another person, consider whether you have an appropriate basis and whether the person would reasonably expect the image or information to be public.

10. Respect intellectual property

Only post content you own or have permission to use, or that you are legally entitled to use under an exception such as fair use or another applicable limitation.

We respond to copyright notices and maintain a repeat-infringer policy where required. Copyright reports should be sent to contact@frfr.link. See the Terms of Service for the DMCA process.

11. No illegal goods, services, or serious criminal facilitation

Do not use frfr to buy, sell, solicit, coordinate, or materially facilitate illegal goods or services, trafficking, violent criminal activity, hacking-for-hire, theft, fraud, or other serious unlawful conduct.

Lawful discussion, journalism, research, advocacy, education, and harm-prevention content are not prohibited merely because they discuss illegal conduct.

12. Violence and extremist abuse

Do not:

  • make credible threats of violence;
  • praise or materially facilitate terrorist or violent extremist acts;
  • recruit for violent extremist organizations;
  • provide operational instructions intended to enable real-world violence; or
  • post graphic violence primarily to celebrate, intimidate, or abuse a victim.

Documentary, educational, newsworthy, or condemnatory context may be considered during moderation.

13. Self-harm and dangerous conduct

Do not encourage, instruct, or pressure another person to engage in suicide, self-injury, eating-disorder behavior, or other serious self-harm.

Supportive discussion, recovery-oriented content, and good-faith help-seeking are allowed.

frfr is not an emergency or crisis service. In an emergency, contact appropriate local emergency or crisis resources.

14. Keep professional and personal claims honest

frfr profiles can be eclectic and personal, but do not use that flexibility to materially deceive others.

You may describe your work, projects, interests, ambitions, and skills in your own words. You may not fabricate credentials, impersonate a company, counterfeit portfolio work, or knowingly present another person's work as your own.

15. Reporting content or behavior

You can report content or accounts through in-product reporting tools or by email:

  • support@frfr.link — account help, harassment, threats, exploitation, intimate imagery, illegal content, child safety, security concerns, or account compromise.
  • contact@frfr.link — copyright, privacy/data rights, legal notices, and appeals.

A useful report includes the profile URL or content identifier, what happened, why you believe it violates these rules or law, and relevant supporting context.

You do not need an frfr account to email a report or use our reporting instructions.

16. What frfr may do after a report

Depending on severity, history, context, legal requirements, and risk, we may:

  • take no action;
  • warn the user;
  • remove or restrict particular content;
  • reduce or disable distribution or discovery;
  • restrict messaging, reactions, uploads, or other features;
  • require account-security steps;
  • suspend an account temporarily;
  • terminate an account;
  • preserve relevant evidence;
  • notify a person whose safety may be at risk where lawful and appropriate; or
  • report information to competent authorities or legally designated organizations when required by law or reasonably necessary to address serious harm.

We do not promise a particular enforcement outcome merely because a report was submitted.

17. Context matters

We consider context, including whether content is documentary, educational, artistic, satirical, newsworthy, condemnatory, or shared to raise awareness. Context does not excuse credible threats, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted abuse, or serious criminal facilitation.

18. Notice and appeals

When we restrict content or an account, we will provide notice and a meaningful reason where required by applicable law and where doing so would not create a security or safety risk.

If an appeal is available, the notice will explain how to submit it. Appeals should be reviewed by a person or process not solely identical to the mechanism that made the original decision where legally required or reasonably practicable.

For illegal-content notices covered by applicable platform laws, frfr will maintain an electronic notice-and-action mechanism and the records required by applicable law.

19. Blocking and user controls

Signed-in users can block another account from its profile menu. Manage blocked profiles in Settings. A blocked person may still encounter information that the blocked user has deliberately made public on the open web unless frfr's product design expressly prevents that visibility.

Do not evade another user's block by creating or using another account.

20. Changes to these Standards

We may update these standards as the Service changes and as we learn how people use frfr. Material changes will receive an updated date and additional notice when appropriate.
