frfr is designed for adults who want to build a public personal page, share professional or personal interests, discover people, and communicate.

1. Minimum age: 18

You must be 18 years of age or older to create, own, or use an frfr account.

This rule applies globally even if the age of digital consent or contractual capacity in your country is lower than 18.

By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18.

2. Public viewing does not create an account right

Some frfr profiles are intentionally public and can be viewed without signing in. A person under 18 being technically able to encounter a public web page does not mean that person is permitted to create an account, message users, post content, or use account-only networking features.

We may introduce additional access controls or age-assurance measures in regions where law requires them.

3. Why frfr uses an 18+ rule

frfr profiles can include public photos, professional information, location at a general level, links, interests, and user-to-user interaction. Networking features can also lead to private conversation and real-world collaboration or meetings.

A uniform 18+ account policy allows frfr to keep the product and safety model simpler while the Service is young and to avoid intentionally collecting personal information from children.

4. No child-directed service

frfr is not directed to children or teenagers under 18 and does not knowingly offer accounts to them.

We do not knowingly request parental consent to create accounts for people under 18. A parent or guardian cannot create an ordinary frfr account on behalf of a child to circumvent this policy.

5. Age confirmation and age assurance

At account creation, you must confirm that you are 18 or older. This confirmation is not government-ID verification.

Where applicable law or a documented risk assessment requires stronger age assurance, we may use additional methods designed to minimize unnecessary collection, such as:

  • confirmation through a trusted age-assurance provider;
  • age estimation or age verification designed to return an eligibility signal rather than a full identity record;
  • verification through an existing trusted account; or
  • another legally recognized method.

If a third-party age-assurance provider is used, the Privacy Policy will identify the relevant processing or link to an updated provider list before the feature is deployed.

We will not collect a government ID for age verification merely because it is convenient if a less intrusive method reasonably satisfies the legal and safety need.

6. If we learn that an account holder is under 18

If we reasonably determine that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may:

  1. suspend account access;
  2. remove the profile from public display;
  3. prevent messaging and other account interactions;
  4. request limited information necessary to resolve an age error where appropriate; and
  5. delete the account and associated personal information consistent with the Account & Data Deletion Policy.

We may retain the minimum information necessary to comply with law, protect a child, investigate exploitation or abuse, preserve evidence, or prevent repeated attempts to evade the age rule.

7. Reporting an underage account

If you believe a person under 18 has an frfr account, contact:

support@frfr.link

Include the profile URL or username and the reason you believe the account belongs to someone under 18. Do not send copies of government IDs or other sensitive documents unless we specifically request a narrowly necessary item through a secure process.

8. Information or images of minors posted by adults

An adult user may not use frfr to exploit, sexualize, groom, solicit, or endanger a minor.

Adults should also exercise caution before posting ordinary photos or personal information about minors. Do not publish a minor's:

  • precise home or school location;
  • private contact information;
  • government identifiers;
  • medical or educational records;
  • real-time location or routine that could create a safety risk; or
  • content that violates the minor's privacy or applicable law.

We may remove content about a minor where required by law or where it creates a serious privacy or safety concern.

9. Child sexual exploitation is prohibited

frfr has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, sexualized deepfakes involving minors, or attempts to obtain such content.

We may immediately remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and report qualifying matters to competent authorities or legally designated child-protection organizations where required or appropriate.

See the Community Standards.

10. Parents, guardians, and authorized representatives

A parent, guardian, or authorized representative who believes personal information about a minor appears on frfr may contact contact@frfr.link or support@frfr.link.

We may request reasonable information to verify authority before disclosing private information or acting on a rights request made on another person's behalf. We will minimize the verification information collected.

11. Global child-privacy approach

Our 18+ account rule is intended to place account holders above common child thresholds in major privacy regimes, including regimes that define children at younger ages and India's framework, which generally treats a person under 18 as a child for the relevant data-protection provisions.

However, an 18+ Terms rule by itself does not eliminate every legal obligation relating to children who may access public internet content. Where laws require child-access assessments, age-assurance measures, risk assessments, parental controls, or other safeguards for a service accessible to minors, frfr will implement the applicable measures.

12. Changes to this Policy

If frfr ever decides to permit accounts for users under 18, we will redesign the relevant privacy, consent, safety, moderation, age-assurance, and parental-control systems before enabling those accounts and will update this Policy accordingly.
